Your new role with us

In the role of working foreman, we can guarantee you one thing: no two days will be the same! Here you will have varied tasks - where you will lead and distribute the daily work including personnel and vehicles, as well as be responsible for quality and customer satisfaction during delivery to the customer. In short, you will have an important role in operations (and everything that comes with it!) as well as work with the company's routines, policies, and values. The working hours for this position are scheduled between 10 AM and 7 PM on weekdays.

✓ C driver's license and YKB
✓ High school education
✓ Handy and comfortable performing simple repairs on vehicles.

✓ Proficient with computers and IT.
✓ Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you also have experience in supervisory responsibilities, administrative work, knowledge of workplace safety, relevant labor law and collective agreements, as well as improvement work (e.g., Lean), that would be a plus, but not a requirement!

Welcome to Svebol Logistics - a subsidiary of Frigoscandia based in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region. Frigoscandia operates a temperature-controlled logistics network where we store and distribute food in a sustainable and quality-assured manner. Through our vehicles, warehouses, and terminals, we handle food from -23 degrees to +18 depending on the needs and requirements. Being an expert in temperatures is a natural part of our company's DNA.
